ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Our online programming is performance based training tailored to suit all levels of fitness and available via our coaching app. Whether you have a full home gym, minimal equipment or none at all we can program you maintaining a progressive focus on overall strength and conditioning, mobility and body composition through a variety of training methods.

Online programming is for ALL LEVELS and may incorporate a variety of methods including traditional strength & conditioning, barbell work, gymnastics foundations and handstands, Olympic weightlifting, functional bodybuilding, Yoga, circuit training and HIIT, modified strongman and restorative practices.

Our programming also runs parallel with our online coaching, so those wanting to be coached through sessions as well as train on their own have the option to do both by joining our virtual coaching membership.

COST: Online programming is $59 per week for a 4 week block program including regular check ins with a coach. No contracts - just 1 weeks notice to cancel prior to the 4 week block ending. Minimum term 4 weeks.

Brisbane Strength & Movement

01. GROUP TRAINING

BSM group training sessions are performance based in a supportive and welcoming team environment. Our sessions maintain a progressive focus on overall strength and conditioning, mobility and body composition through a variety of training methods. All sessions can be tailored to suit each individual meaning all levels and experience and fitness can participate.

We offer 20 sessions weekly for ALL LEVELS including strength & conditioning, barbell work, gymnastics foundations and handstands, Olympic weightlifting, functional bodybuilding, Yoga, circuit training and HIIT, modified strongman and restorative practices.

This is a great way to feel great, learn new skills, meet new people and get the results you want in a challenging but supportive environment.

COST:
Group training membership is $80 per week for UNLIMITED sessions. No contracts - just 4 weeks notice to cancel.

02. INTRO PT

**LIMITED PT AVAILABLE AT OUR ANYTIME FITNESS BULIMBA LOCATION**

The best way to get you started. 3 x 1 hour sessions with a coach.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Functional Movement Screening. Let us see where you are at in terms of mobility, motor skill, balance, movement form, conditioning, (aerobic fitness) and breath mechanics.

Goal Setting. We will establish exactly what it is you want to achieve in your health and fitness journey and create a plan to achieve this with a sustainable approach.

Physical Assessment. An assessment of your current strength and conditioning level. Once this baseline is established we can program you according to your current level and goal fitness.

COST:
$199 for 3 x 60 min one on one sessions with a coach.

03. PERSONAL TRAINING

**LIMITED PT AVAILABLE AT OUR ANYTIME FITNESS BULIMBA LOCATION**

Get optimal results through personalised programming, one on one attention and expert coaching. This is ideal coaching for anyone needing attention to specific areas of focus, or athletes needing elite strength and conditioning support.
